FLOWLENS · PRIVACY POLICY
Your data never leaves Atlassian.
EFFECTIVE 2026-07-06
The short version
FlowLens runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform inside your own Atlassian cloud. It has no servers of ours, makes no network calls outside Atlassian's infrastructure, and we — Arrakis Labs — never receive, see, or store any of your data. This qualifies FlowLens for Atlassian's "Runs on Atlassian" program.
What FlowLens stores, and where
To compute time-in-status analytics, FlowLens keeps records of issue status transitions: issue ID and key, project ID, status IDs and names, issue type ID, and transition timestamps. These records are derived from your Jira data and stored in Forge hosted storage inside Atlassian's infrastructure, in your product's environment, subject to Atlassian's own security and data-residency practices.
What FlowLens never does
- No data transmitted to, or stored on, any system outside Atlassian
- No analytics, tracking, or cookies of ours in the app
- No collection of personal information — FlowLens does not read issue descriptions, comments, attachments, or user profiles
- No writes to your Jira data: FlowLens holds read-only work-item permission (read:jira-work) plus app storage
Data removal
Uninstalling FlowLens removes the app's access immediately; stored app data is deleted in accordance with Atlassian's Forge data-retention policies for uninstalled apps.
Changes and contact
